What You’ll Do
Collaborate with business and product teams to design scalable, reliable solutions that improve order lifecycle management and customer experience. Translate functional requirements into technical solutions. Design, support, and optimize order management systems and integrations. Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability. Manage APIs, workflows, and system integrations across the order lifecycle. Leverage AI/automation solutions to improve efficiency, monitoring, and decision‑making. Experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) and Customer Identity & Access Management (SAP Gigya, EntraId). Experience with order management systems (OMS) and eCommerce platforms. Experience with Java.
