Plant Operator - Orillia

Position: Permanent full‑time. Hourly rate: $31.74 - $33.74.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and foster the safety culture by conducting pre‑use inspections, reporting hazards and near misses, and committing to safe work practices.
• Operate heavy equipment (loader, skid steer, etc.) and various hand tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform maintenance on plant equipment as needed, including changing screens, greasing, and relocating equipment.
• Demonstrate teamwork and maintain a positive attitude toward colleagues, contractors, and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
