About The Role

The role of Ready Mix Plant Operator – Batcher is responsible for the primary day‑to‑day production of Ready Mix Concrete being loaded for job sites (home owner and other clients in the industries). This role also responsible for plant functioning to produce a high‑level product from AMRIZE.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Adhere to all AMRIZE safety policies and procedures.
• Tangibly support a safe work environment.
• Perform general plant operations and clean‑ups including loading with material, clean‑up and moving of materials from deliveries.
