Responsibilities

• Placing POs for indirect material or services.
• Provide support to other areas in the Plant such as Manufacturing, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, etc.
• Monitor vendor performance and support Purchasing to ensure proper feedback and corrective actions are in place to improve vendor development.
• Ensure problems relating to delivery, pricing, and invoicing are promptly conveyed to the vendor and resolved in a timely manner per standard procedures to avoid material shortages.
