Role Summary
The Plant Manager oversees the production plant to achieve budget commitments measured through gross margin, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators. The main responsibilities include setting targets, ensuring safety, quality, deliverables, and employee empowerment, managing P&L, securing new program launches, deploying FES system and digital transformation, and developing future managers.
