PLANT MANAGER - St Clet, Quebec

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Plant Manager provides daily supervision and training of plant team members in the areas of production, maintenance, health & safety, quality control, and shipping & receiving. The Plant Manager coordinates daily production orders and activities to fulfill order requirements ensuring customer service satisfaction.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Establishes safe production methods to meet production schedules and coordinates work activities with the team.
• Maintains all equipment in accordance with the company maintenance program.
• Maintains inventory storage areas, shop facilities, and all active work areas in a neat and orderly fashion according to company procedures and protocols.
