Position Details
Plant Controlling Analyst What You’ll Do - Ensure accurate financial operations and compliance, maintaining accounting systems aligned with USGAAP/MEXGAAP, overseeing GL transactions, and executing month-end close activities.
- Drive financial reporting and planning, including headcount tracking, weekly pulse reports, account reconciliations (Blackline), and supporting CapEx budget control.
- Support audits and cross-functional coordination, ensuring timely delivery of internal and external audit requirements while collaborating with plant and global finance teams.
What Is Required - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or master’s preferred)
- Experience in accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A in a manufacturing or corporate environment
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong analytical and attention to detail capabilities
