You as a Planning and Scheduling Coordinator will:
Assist in development of a full Critical Path Method (CPM) logic generated baseline schedules for projects.Attend the planning and scheduling preparation process sessions during pursuits and assist in responding to RFP documents for projects.Participate in evaluating the construction progress and performing regular progress updates (bi-weekly or monthly) and assist in preparing the reports for evaluation of the schedule healthPrepare and maintain the project schedule log on a regular basis.Participate in developing and maintaining a database of construction productivity rates, procurement durations, lead times and project risk itemsAssist in identifying unplanned ev...
