Position: Manager, Planning and Development

Job Overview

To manage a portfolio of projects at various stages of the development cycle. The portfolio is typically comprised of high density mixed‑use residential developments located within the GTA.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead a team of project consultants to execute the target submission requirements.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to facilitate development approvals and obtain building permits.
• Assist in project budgeting and maintain process tracking.
• Assist in feasibility analysis and due diligence for new site acquisition.
• Perform additional tasks as may be required.
