We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our Home Living team to provide professional support services in the homes of clients of all ages and stages of life. The candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team and deliver client‑centered services to individuals with a variety of physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions, including complex health needs.

As the Physiotherapist I (PT), you will:
