About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Continuing Care, the Physiotherapist collaborates with colleagues to determine team goals and objectives, participates in the evaluation of team effectiveness, solves problems, and shares responsibilities. Working within the community with individuals, families and groups, the physiotherapist assesses diagnoses and treats patients in the Community. The physiotherapist educates and communicates with other health disciplines, the general public, family members, and caregivers with regard to health promotion and physiotherapy treatment.
