**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Under the direction of the department leadership, coordinates an effective medical staff peer review process for assigned region. The medical staff peer review supports medical staff reappointment, advancement, and clinical quality in compliance with Joint Commission ongoing physician performance evaluation (OPPE) and focused professional practice evaluation (FPPE) standards.
