Position Highlights

• 12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• 7 on / 7 off schedule

• No ICU management (ICU handled by intensivists)

• Run rapids & codes (well-supported team)

• Average census: 15-18 patients per physician
