Family Medicine - Central New York
- Join an established group of 4 FM Practitioners and 3 Mental Health providers in a rural-based family practice/gender center to provide primary care for cisgender and TGD youth/adults across the lifespan
- Provide evidence-based, quality primary care to cisgender and TGD youth and adults, including the provision of gender affirming hormone therapy and pubertal suppression
- One-year non-accredited graduate medical educational program, heavily clinic based
- Half day/week of non-clinical time for self-study
- Flexible curriculum based on level of experience
- Responsibilities:
- Participate in GWC interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings
- Engage in case review with faculty mentors Take part in team activities/grant implementation
- Attend didactic trainings and conferences related to TGD health care
- Meet with other fellows for case review, projects, learning...
