We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Primary Care Physician to join a growing, patient-centered organization focused on value-based care and improving outcomes for senior and underserved populations.

Highlights include:

MondayFriday schedule, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Average patient volume of 1518 patients per day

Minimal, rotational call responsibilities

Collaborative care model with strong clinical and operational support

Base salary up to $260,000

• Annual bonus opportunity up to 20%
