Summary The Chief of Primary Care is responsible for the clinical operations and administrative functions of the outpatient primary care provided at Phoenix VA Medical Center and Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The Chief is responsible for participation in appropriate performance improvement activities and advancing the principles of advanced clinic access, PACT, Integration of Mental Health and Primary Care.
