- Genetic determinants of opioid responsiveness**:

- and kappa-opioid agonist (pentazocine) in a population with genetic insensitivity to mu-opioid drug (randomized controlled trial (RCT)) in close collaboration with several colleagues in the research group.
**Kvalifikasjoner**:
- Masters (or, for postdoc position, PhD) degree in psychology, medicine, nursing, neuroscience or other relevant fields
- Documented research experience in topics relevant to the research project (for postdocs, relevant academic papers in respected journals)
- Experience with (or, for medical doctors, interest in and ability to learn) quantitative research methods and statistical analysis, e.g. in R or other software
- Experience with analysing large-scale data (e.g. national registries), conducting experimental laboratory studies of pain or stress, and/or conducting RCTs would be an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English
