A temporary full‑time pharmacist reporting to the Clinical Manager. Primary practice areas include Osteoporosis, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Menopause Clinics. Responsibilities encompass clinical care, drug distribution, and collaborative care.

Patient Care:

• Collaborate with team and patients to develop, prioritize, implement, monitor, and assess comprehensive pharmaceutical care plans.
• Support patients with complex pharmaceutical needs.
