**ROLE CONTRIBUTION**
In order to prepare and execute the personnel Mobilization & Demobilization, your contribution YOU ARE TO:
- Registration and programming in the SISPAT / SAP system
- Ensure a high level of service to travelers and manning agencies providing accurate information as coordinating the travel arrangements and logistics.
- Maintain updated in the system all necessary documents to embark
- Prepare list of embarks /disembarks in line with the operations team
- Provide reports to internal clients such as Payroll, FPSO, HR, etc.
- Act with mandatory shipping documents
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Completed bachelor's degree.
- Advanced English.
- Previous experience with offshore logistics.
