Position Details
DUTIES:
Report any changes in patient condition or occurrences/incidents immediately to the nurse.Assist with aspects of activities of daily living which includes positioning in bed or chair; giving of a bath: attending to proper grooming and dressing; making occupied and unoccupied beds and serving food and beverages to patients.Assist with ambulation as appropriate.Ensure dirty linen is placed in the dirty utility room.Assist with patient admissions, transfers and discharges.Operate mechanical lifts and utilizes assistive devices as directed.Assist with collection of basic patient data which includes: height, weight, and measurement of intake and output.
