Job Description

The Ward Law Group is hiring a Virtual Assistant / Reductions Specialist as an independent contractor. The role involves serving as the final point of contact for each case, initiating courtesy calls to clients upon case assignment, explaining the reduction process, logging calls, case statuses, and documents in the online document management system, linking releases onto Litify, confirming PIP benefits, validating damages against a complete provider list, confirming balances due on medical accounts, and performing related tasks.

Compensation

USD $1,000+ per month (based on experience).

Work Hours and Availability

Full‑time availability is required for a 40‑hour workweek. The schedule includes two days off, with possible inclusion of one weekend day depending on business needs.
