What you'll be doing

As a Performance Lead, you’ll be a strategic partner to the Crew Lead, playing a pivotal role in driving the success of both business and technology outcomes. You’ll translate strategic priorities into actionable execution, ensuring that our organizational strategies are tightly aligned with delivery. Using your expertise, you’ll establish transparent frameworks and measurement systems to track progress and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll collaborate across crews and stakeholders to optimize performance, support compliance, and ensure that every outcome is positioned for maximum strategic impact.
