WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a People Relation Specialist in the Netherlands, you will be responsible for implementing global deliveries, processes, policies, and guidelines in the People Relations area. You ensure that local laws, practices, and needs are recognized and addressed. You facilitate alignment between global and local requirements to achieve a common approach and delivery where needed.
You will:
Own the local grievance mechanism and supporting tools.Be responsible for the work environment — physical, digital, organizational, and social/psychosocial — as well as wellbeing, including health and safety management.Act as strategic and operational support for various stakeholders at the regional and sales market level, including the management team.Serve as an expert in health and wellbeing within Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) to guarantee compliance and deliver a “one colleague experience...
