The Opportunity

This position will be responsible for executing and supporting payroll exception processes, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with established policies, controls, and SLAs, as well as participating in transition projects.

Your Impact

Key responsibilities include:

• Execute off-cycle payments resulting from payroll errors or omissions, ensuring proper validation, documentation, and alignment with policies and criteria defined by the Sector and Strada (payroll provider).
• Manage overpayment cases, including:
  • Root cause analysis
  • Support in accounting booking
  • Assistance with offset and recovery processes
  • Handling early return-to-work cases in accordance with established guideline
