ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a sharp, systems-thinking operator to own the people & ops backbone of Happen Ventures. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role — you'll sit at the intersection of HR, cross-team accountability, and executive support.

Think of it as the engine behind the machine: you make sure people are supported, KPIs are tracked, issues are resolved, and the leadership team can move fast. If you thrive in structure, love data, and know how to use AI to multiply your output — this role was built for you.

High performers in this role grow into a Chief of Staff position.

WHAT YOU' LL OWN (DAY-TO-DAY)

HR ops — onboarding, offboarding, PTO & policy questions Leadership follow-ups & meeting prep Cross-team task tracking & accountability Internal comms — keeping the team aligned KPI tracking & end-of-day reporting for all team members Documentation of issues, write-ups & performance records
