**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or HR professional providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in HR, people programs, or other large-scale people related roles.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
- Experience coaching and mentoring others.
- Ability to communicate in English, Portuguese, and Spanish fluently to support client facing consultations.
- Ability to be client-service orientated, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent people management, consultation, teamwork, and organizational skills.
