Overview
The People Care Assistant will support the day-to-day execution of People processes across the employee lifecycle. The role works closely with People Partners to ensure administrative efficiency, process follow‑up, and a smooth employee experience. This position enables the team’s operational capacity, freeing People Partners to focus on strategic work.
Qualifications
- Must have
- 1–2 years of experience in HR/People roles with strong operational exposure.
- Advanced English (daily written and verbal communication).
- Student or graduate in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow‑up skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Microsoft Workspace, Excel, or HR systems.
