People Analytics (PA) is a small team with big scope. We deliver better people and business outcomes through data that is business‑informed, business‑relevant, usable, and actionable. PA enables HR and Business leaders with insights to make evidence‑based decisions that support the creation and execution of People and Business strategies. The team needs an individual who is creative, technical, curious, and passionate about using data to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Lead the integration of new data sources into the analytics ecosystem, with a focus on M&A employee data, to expand capabilities and data coverage across the organization.
