About the Role

The Analyst, Global HR Analytics & Insights is a key contributor in providing top-notch HR analytics, reporting and insights, technical expertise, and a business/operational focus in support of the organization's HR strategy. This position partners and collaborates with senior HR leaders to develop, maintain, and improve analytics and insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, and track goals against benchmarks. The role requires the ability to translate data and insights into meaningful visualizations and stories to drive talent-related strategies, action, and decision making at all levels across the organization.
