Participate in lab discussions to understand and contribute to business requirements. Collaborate with the Tech Lead on application design and independently design subcomponents. Develop PEGA solutions that meet requirements, comply with PEGA best practices, and include unit tests for quality assurance. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects independently. Configure DevOps processes to automate code deployment to higher environments. Communicate progress, issues, and requests for help proactively to the lab and management. Maintain and enhance relationships with internal teams and external contacts to deliver measurable business outcomes. Qualifications
