Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead – PCB Assembly / SMT to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our PCB assembly line. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SMT processes, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.This is a full time permanent role based out of our Branch in Pointe Claire, QC.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of SMT operators and technicians in the assembly of printed circuit boards.Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
