Resolve the daily technical issues reported by end users in the companyMake effective use of ticketing system to record, track, and follow-up on open incidents and ensure resolution is set within the SLA’sTroubleshoot problems with laptops, desktops and other equipment and perform hardware replacements or upgrades as neededProvide technical support for Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications, Email, and custom Manitoulin applications and portalsProvide training on new and existing applications as requiredWorking with the Infrastructure group when required Create how-to documentation to assist people with various computer tasksAssist with or lead team initiativesPhysically install and deploy new equipment as requiredBe available for flexible hours when requiredScheduled to work on-callMaintain asset and system recordsThis is an ...
