As the Senior Manager, you will report to the Senior Director and guide Business Analysts in focusing on optimizing P&C processes. Your leadership will engage with stakeholders to drive changes that improve efficiency and employee experience. You will be instrumental in developing strategies for process scalability and aligning improvements with business objectives.
