Rocksteady Studios is seeking an exceptionally talented People and Culture Director to join our team for a maternity cover. The successful candidate will oversee P&C and Operations at Rocksteady.

This role sits at the heart of the studio, partnering closely with the Studio leadership team, department Directors and Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) stakeholders to ensure Rocksteady remains a high‑performing, inclusive and well‑run studio where people feel supported, motivated and able to do their best work.
