Payroll Taxes Specialist NAM
Purpose of Job: The Payroll Taxes Specialist NAM will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with payroll-related tax obligations for employees across 5 manufacturing plants in Mexico.
This position is critical for accurately calculating, filing, and paying payroll taxes in accordance with current Mexican tax laws.
The role also focuses on optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external audits, and implementing best practices in payroll tax management.
Responsibilities
Accurately calculate payroll tax contributions, including ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN, and other local taxes, in compliance with Mexican tax regulations.
Ensure timely payment of all tax obligations, avoiding penalties or fines for late payments.
Audit, review, and check payroll-related tax returns through platforms such as SAT, IMSS, and other government authorities.
