We are looking for a Payroll Specialistto be responsible for supporting a wide range of payroll activities and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll-related information. This role includes maintaining employee payroll data, processing earnings and deductions, preparing reports for Finance and other support teams, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. The Payroll Specialist works closely with HR and other departments to guarantee payroll accuracy, time and attendance alignment, and proper handling of legal obligations such as Social Security, compensation funds, court orders, and other mandatory deductions, while maintaining updated payroll records and documentation.
