You will report directly to our Payroll Manager and you'll work out of our San Luis Potosi, Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact Honeywell by contributing to the efficiency of payroll operations and enhancing employee satisfaction through accurate payroll processing.
- Assist in the end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, and benefits to employees.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance with payroll-related laws and regulations.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Relevant experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in payroll or HR.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced English level is required.
