Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Payroll Specialist. 


Position type: Full-time – Contract

As a Payroll Specialist, you will:

Prepare and track employee work schedules and rosters. Maintains employee databases to manage and process employee time.

Work independently with moderate supervision on short to medium term projects and audits to ensure policy and wage/hour compliance.

Review and act on audit reports to ensure legacy time systems are in sync with SAP, Time and quota calculations are accurate, and to identify and resolve employee pay discrepancies

Tier 2 response to resolve and communicate complex resolution of employee pay concerns or quota balance disputes that local time admins or leaders are unable to resolve
