We are looking for a Payroll SAP Support Consultant to join our Corporate People & Culture team at Royalton Hotels & Resorts, responsible for providing specialized technical and functional support in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP), ensuring the stability, accuracy, and continuous improvement of payroll processes in a multi-country environment.The Payroll SAP Support Consultant is responsible for:- Resolving L1 and L2 payroll-related incidents.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting payroll calculation issues, retroactive processes, payroll closing, terminations, and payroll posting.
- Following up on critical incidents in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Validating payroll calculations in compliance with local labor and tax regulations.
- Creating, maintaining, and configuring payroll elements (wage types).
- Supporting system updates driven by legal changes or business requirements.
