You will own end-to-end payroll processes for Central America, working cross‐functionally with global teams and shaping the future of global payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the subject‐matter expert for Central America countries, ensuring full ownership of payroll processes.
Process end‐to‐end in‐house payroll: data collection, validation, calculations, approvals, payments and statutory compliance.
Manage statutory filings, tax obligations and social security requirements across assigned countries.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity and timely delivery aligned with KPIs and SLAs.
