Responsibilities

• Take ownership and responsibility for the organization’s multi-provincial payroll processing environment
• Day-to-day leadership of a large payroll processing team, providing expert compliance knowledge, leading year-end activities and working closely across cross-functional teams
• Lead payroll workflow improvement projects, system support, and all maintenance
• Oversee a team of 5-8 payroll reports
• Have experience managing a multi-unionized environment
• ERP payroll knowledge is considered an asset
• Strong communication skills; ability to liaise with government entities and external vendors
• Advanced NPI payroll certification ideally at leadership level (CPM or PLP)
• Accounting accreditation necessary

• 120,000 - 140,000
