Payroll Management: Responsible for the payroll of 3 group entities (200 employees). Oversight and supervision of outsourced payroll, including:
Transmission of monthly variables and changes.
Calculation of sick leave top-ups, settlements, vacation accruals, and bonus payments.
Review of monthly bank transfers and social security filings.
Monitoring professional staff and auditing calculations (sick leave, bonuses, reduced working hours, back pay/arrears).
Processing wage garnishments and judicial withholdings.
Review of flexible remuneration to ensure timely and error-free processing.
