What You’ll Do
- Coordinate payments for personnel including benefits.
- Coordinate payments to comply with taxes and other governmental aspects.
- Attend internal or external audits and government requirements.
- Implement necessary controls and processes to meet all legal requirements as well as ensure correct payment to all employees.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate and verify supervisors report´s for hourly payment.
- Coordinate and verify accurate salary payment.
- Maintain current information for necessary reports.
- Prepare information for finance department.
- Prepare information to comply with social insurance.
- Prepare payment for taxes.
- Prepare information for employees (records, taxes).
- Prepare payment for FONACOT.
- Manage savings fund for employees.
- Manage accurate payments for employees that leave company.
