Job Description Summary In this role, you will execute UK Payroll & Benefits processes with a strong understanding of local legislative, tax, and compliance requirements. Emphasis is placed on data integrity, accuracy, and analysis to support key HR and business decisions. You will identify and resolve operational issues, support continuous process improvement, and promote a Best in Class employee experience while working closely with internal HR partners, Finance, and external suppliers. You will partner with payroll and benefits providers, HR colleagues, and People Operations teams to support employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, changes, leave of absence, benefits administration, and terminations. You will ensure correct payroll inputs and outputs, adherence to internal policies, and compliance with UK employment and payroll regulations.
