Position Details
We are looking for a Payroll and Social Security Admin for a 2 years fixed term contract who is:
- accountable for the on-time coordination of payroll data and process deliverables following the agreed Payroll Calendar and partnering with Payroll Data providers.
- responsible for the payroll system manual data input or manual uploads and inputting adjustments/edits to the data on payroll days for critical data that comes in after the HCM or other systems loads
- reviews interfaced data and works closely with the HRIS team to ensure data alignment between HCM and the Vendor System.
- performs basic payroll administration tasks, prepares certificates for employees, provides payroll reports, and pay slips to stakeholders.
