Job Description
We are looking for a Payroll and Social Security Admin for a 2 years fixed term contract who is:
accountable for the on-time coordination of payroll data and process deliverables following the agreed Payroll Calendar and partnering with Payroll Data providers.
responsible for the payroll system manual data input or manual uploads and inputting adjustments/edits to the data on payroll days for critical data that comes in after the HCM or other systems loads
reviews interfaced data and works closely with the HRIS team to ensure data alignment between HCM and the Vendor System.
performs basic payroll administration tasks, prepares certificates for employees, provides payroll reports, and pay slips to stakeholders.
