Overview

We are hiring a Payroll Analyst to join a regional HR Operations team supporting Americas payroll (Mexico, US, Brazil, among others).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll calendars.
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions (hires, terminations, transfers, job changes).
• Validate time & attendance, working hours, and overtime records prior to payroll processing.
• Support benefits administration and ensure correct payroll impact (deductions, contributions, vendor coordination).
• Maintain high‑quality employee data in HR systems used for payroll processing.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll and benefits inquiries.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, preferably within a Shared Services model.
