Payroll Administrator (contract, 18 months) ONT00085

Reporting to the Payroll Coordinator, you will be part of the Finance team. This role is ideal for someone early in their payroll career who is looking to build strong foundational experience in a collaborative, high-volume environment. The Regional Payroll Administrator provides hands‑on support to ensure payroll processes are completed accurately and on time, while continuing to build skills and knowledge within the payroll function.

Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end payroll processing for multiple payrolls, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Validate employee information including hours worked, earnings, benefits and banking details
• Prepare earnings information as required
