Shape exceptional care experiences at Cambridge Memorial Hospital as a Patient Experience Lead. Drive patient satisfaction and resolution efforts in a part-time role on a contract until December 2026.
In this impactful position, you will report to the Director of Patient Experience, Quality, Risk, Privacy, and IPAC. You will advocate for patients and families, ensuring their concerns are resolved promptly and sensitively while creating a culture of exceptional service. Leverage your expertise to coach management and staff in conflict resolution and implement strategies for improved patient experiences.
