Located in Toronto and originally based out of McMaster University, EMN’s medical food products are used by more than 200 surgeons at the world’s leading institutions, such as Vancouver General Hospital, Mayo Clinic, and Hospital for Special Surgery. Driven by intellectual property and novel research, EMN has launched an innovative, patient‑centric nutrition program to improve clinical outcomes and plans to scale it to over 1000 surgeons across North America in the next 2 years.
